Bestlite BL1 Table Lamp

Original Bestlite BL1, circa 1930’s.

Iconic desk lamp designed by Robert Dudley Best, produced in Birmingham by the manufacturing firm Best & Lloyd, and well known to have been used by Winston Churchill.

This is a great example of an original 1930’s Bestlite BL1, with great age related wear (see photos).

This lamp has been sympathetically restored so it is in great working and useable condition. It has been rewired and is PAT tested.
